FAQs 1. Why is the transfer not working? Please ensure that you are using sublimation ink, as regular ink will not work.

1. Why do the colors look dull after printing? This is normal. The colors will appear more vivid after the sublimation process. We recommend finishing the sublimation process and assessing the color result before making any setting changes.

2. Can I use a laser printer? No, our sublimation paper only supports inkjet printers and must be used with sublimation ink.

3. Is it suitable for 100% cotton dark fabric? No, it is only suitable for white or light-colored shirts with a maximum cotton content of 30%.
