Product Description: Does Thicker Paper Mean Better Usability? The usability of sublimation paper is mainly affected by the ink absorbing layer on the surface, not the thickness of the paper. In fact, thinner paper is less prone to ink jamming, resulting in smooth printing and excellent transfer effects. The majority of industrial printing machines use thinner materials, specifically 40 GSM sublimation paper.

Instructions: Sublimation transfer involves using an inkjet printer equipped with sublimation ink to print mirror-reversed images and texts on sublimation paper. When the sublimation transfer equipment heats up to approximately 200 degrees Celsius, the sublimation ink on the paper vaporizes and penetrates into the substrate. This allows the image's colors on the paper to be accurately transferred onto textiles, porcelain, disks, plates, metals, and other materials.

Sublimation utilizes special sublimation paper, ink, and polyester-coated items that react together. When heated at high temperatures, the sublimation ink turns into a gas and enters the open pores of the polyester-coated item. Once removed from the heat, the pores close, trapping the ink inside. Sublimation items have a smooth touch, without any noticeable image outlines.

Items You Will Need: - White or light-colored polyester fabric garments or sublimation blanks - Fabric with a tight weave for optimal results - Heat press - Parchment paper or a Teflon sheet - Sublimation transfer paper

Printing Your Image: - Ensure that your image is mirrored or flipped prior to printing. - Print on the bright white side of the sublimation paper. - Use sublimation ink and sublimation transfer paper for best results.

Precautions for Use: - Use sublimation transfer ink. Good-quality sublimation ink should have vivid colors and good stability without clogging the nozzles. - Adjust the color density on the computer to prevent excessive ink that takes longer to dry. After adjustment, check the thermal transfer effect. - Set the appropriate hot pressing temperature and time. The temperature range for thermal transfer is around 180-230 degrees Celsius, with a time of approximately 10-30 seconds. Conduct a small test to determine the best process parameters before the formal batch transfer. - Ensure the hot pressing surface, transfer paper, and substrate surface are tightly attached during sublimation transfer. There should be no gaps to avoid blurred images and texts. - High transfer rate, instant drying, high efficiency, and smooth printing with no paper or ink jamming. - The paper surface is flat without any paper jams or ink dragging. - Nano coating provides a fine and clear printing surface. - Widely used and customizable. - Thermal sublimation ink must be used. - Waterproof and scratch-resistant with no fading. - 105g paper showcases better transfer effects compared to 125g paper, with smooth printing, no paper jams, and no ink stains on the edges and corners.
